Who we are

We are a volunteer organization of industry leaders founded in 2017. What started off as a simple  idea, grew with the help of collaborators from every sector of the fashion and film industry to address one issue:

How do we bring arts education and training directly to  at risk, disenfranchised,  and minority individuals who don't fit into a traditional education system, and bring job opportunities to otherwise underrepresented groups. 

 In the USA, art funding has been cut repeatedly for decades, and many do not know the employment opportunities that exist in the arts, fashion, and film. Many highly successful film directors, designers, fashion stylists, sound engineers described being a "misfit" or "different" in their youth, and worked their way up from humble beginnings.  Being different is an asset in the arts and being from humble beginnings has never been a limitation to the imagination. We aim to nurture pioneer thinking, grow the next generation of creatives and visionaries by giving them the tools to begin their journey.
